Key Responsibilities:


Coordinate the scheduling of appointments for both current and potential customer orders across various locations and departments through effective written and verbal communication.

Organize and manage service visits for technicians in collaboration with clients, ensuring optimal resource utilization and operational efficiency.

Collaborate closely with multiple departments and teams to ensure smooth coordination.
Oversee order processing and maintain documentation within the CRM system.
Address urgent situations related to time-sensitive orders.
Conduct research and gather relevant information for order management.

Qualifications:
Educational background in business or technical fields, or equivalent experience.
Strong technical aptitude and familiarity with the healthcare sector.
Previous experience in dispatching is advantageous.
Proactive, team-oriented, and customer-focused approach.
Exceptional communication skills in German.
