Your Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Performing daily cleaning of all kitchenware, including glassware, cutlery, dishes, pots, and buffet equipment.
  • Ensuring proper storage and inventory management of all kitchen items.
  • Minimizing breakage through careful handling and storage of kitchen equipment.
  • Coordinating the cleaning of main and banquet kitchens, as well as satellite kitchens.
  • Assisting in maintaining cleanliness and adherence to HAACP guidelines.
  • Collaborating effectively with team members and providing support as needed.

  • Proven experience in a stewarding role or similar position.
  • A structured and professional approach to work, driven by motivation and quality standards.
  • A positive attitude and a hands-on mentality.
  • Proficiency in English and/or German.
  • A valid work permit for Germany/EU is required.
