**Who we are looking for...**

Shining glasses, mirror-like cutlery and tip-top clean dishes - that's standard for us, because you're responsible for them You have a talent for order and always keep track - whether dishes, cutlery, glasses, pots or cooking utensils. You know exactly where to find what ,how much we have and what we need.

**What your responsibilities are...**
- You are responsible for the daily cleaning of all black & white ware in all service periods (glasses, cutlery, dishes, pots, cooking utensils, buffet equipment,....)
- You are responsible for the correct storage and inventory of the black & white dishes
- In your department there is little breakage, because you know exactly how the items have to be stored and transported and you pass this knowledge on to others
- You organize the daily kitchen cleaning of the main & banquet kitchens as well as the satellite kitchens
- You are jointly responsible for cleanliness and maintenance according to HAACP guidelines
- As a true team player, you enjoy working as part of a team and are always willing to help others.

- You already have solid experience in the field of stewarding

- You speak English and/or German
- You have valid work permit for Germany / EU
