What We're Looking For
  • A degree in a relevant field, such as logistics or supply chain management
  • Proven experience in a leadership role with a track record of managing teams
  • Experience in the fresh produce industry is a plus
  • A structured, solution-oriented, and goal-driven work style
  • A flexible and resilient personality with a willingness to take initiative
  • Strong team player with excellent social skills, communication skills, and assertiveness
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including shifts and weekends
  • Proficiency in MS Office and SAP
  • A loyal and discreet personality
Your Responsibilities
  • Ensuring timely completion of tasks and maintaining delivery capabilities
  • Monitoring, controlling, and optimizing the processing of commissioning processes
  • Providing technical and disciplinary supervision of the commissioning team
  • Coordinating daily operational activities
  • Ensuring efficient personnel deployment planning
  • Ensuring compliance with quality, hygiene, and safety regulations
