Job Overview:

Richter+Frenzel is seeking a highly skilled Sales Representative to join our team in the Region Rhein-Main-Neckar. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive support and advice to our object customers, developers, and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Support and Advice: Provide expert guidance and support to our object customers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure their needs are met.
  • Sales Conversations: Conduct professional sales conversations to specify products for large construction projects.
  • Project Management: Accompany and manage construction projects until contract award, ensuring timely completion and customer satisfaction.
  • Network Expansion: Expand our new and existing customer network, fostering strong relationships with project participants in the region.
  • Documentation: Document construction projects in our CRM/SAP Sales Cloud system.
Requirements:
  • Commercial or Technical Education: Hold a commercial or technical education and possess good knowledge of the SHK industry.
  • Sales Experience: Have several years of sales experience in object sales, with a strong track record of customer handling and networking in the region.
  • Technical Skills: Possess good knowledge of MS-Office programs and ideally CRM/SAP Sales Cloud.
  • Personal Qualities: Enjoy selling, teamwork, and commitment are essential personal characteristics.
