Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate/Cashier to join our team. As a Sales Associate/Cashier, you will be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth shopping experience
- Becoming familiar with our products and services to assist customers with their queries
- Operating the cash register and handling customer transactions
- Maintaining a clean and organized store environment
- Working collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
- Basic knowledge of our products and services
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays
