Join Our Team as a Sales Assistant

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Assistant to join our team at Zara in Bochum. As a Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for providing an exceptional customer experience, assisting customers in finding the perfect outfit, and maintaining a well-organized and visually appealing store environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist customers in finding the perfect outfit and provide a positive customer experience
  • Maintain a well-organized and visually appealing store environment, including the sales floor and stockroom
  • Support the sales team in achieving sales targets and providing excellent customer service
  • Use technology to ensure a smooth and efficient sales process
Requirements
  • You are a team player with excellent communication skills and a positive attitude
  • You are flexible and able to work a variety of shifts, including weekends
  • You have a passion for fashion and trends, and are able to communicate this to customers
  • You are able to work independently and as part of a team
