Regional Sales Manager

Wir suchen einen motivierten und engagierten Vertriebsmitarbeiter, der unsere Produkte in den Supermärkten und Handelspartnern in Nordbayern vertreten wird. Als Teil unseres Teams wirst du eine wichtige Rolle bei der Entwicklung und Umsetzung unserer Vertriebsstrategien spielen.
Deine Aufgaben- Die Betreuung des Verkaufsgebietes Nordbayern und die Akquise von neuen Supermärkten und Handelspartnern
- Die Betreuung und Beratung bestehender Kunden und die Akquise von Mehrbetriebsunternehmen
- Die Umsetzung von Vertriebs- und Marketingstrategien
- Die Planung und Durchführung von Kundengesprächen, Verkaufsveranstaltungen und Messen
- Die Verantwortung und Abwicklung von Vertragsgesprächen und Deals
- Die Pflege und Ausbau von Beziehungen zu Kunden und die enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Innendienst
- Eine kaufmännische Ausbildung oder ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaft/Sales
- Erste Berufserfahrung im Außendienst, Kundendienst oder Vertrieb
- Exzellente Deutschkenntnisse (C1) und mind. mittelmäßige Englischkenntnisse
- Ein Führerschein Klasse B
- Motivation und Hands-on-Mentalität
- Dynamisches und sympathisches Auftreten
- Verhandlungsgeschick und gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
- Selbstständige und organisierte Arbeitsweise
