About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Tax Expert to join our team at EagleBurgmann. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in ensuring financial transparency, regulatory compliance, and the translation of complex legal and business concepts into feasible solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement transfer pricing strategies to meet regulatory and business needs, ensuring global oversight and alignment with international tax authorities.
  • Act as the lead in advancing our transfer pricing systems, supporting the set-up of service level agreements, and providing organizational trainings.
  • Maintain tax-compliancy by monitoring intercompany cost allocations, tax risks, and adherence to internal controls.
  • Ensure tax compliance by creating and coordinating adequate documentation, defending transfer prices for tax audits, and providing expert advice on tax matters.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or Economics, with a focus on tax or accounting.
  • Relevant experience in tax consulting/auditing or financial administration, preferably in a dynamic, multinational organization.
  • Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
  • Bonus qualifications include Tax Advisor Exam and systems agility with SAP S4/HANA and SAP BI.
