Job Title: Head of IT Strategy

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced IT professional to lead our IT strategy and governance function. As Head of IT Strategy, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive IT strategy that aligns with the company's overall business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a strategic IT plan that aligns with the company's business objectives
  • Lead the development of IT governance policies and procedures
  • Oversee the management of IT risks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their IT needs and develop solutions to meet those needs
  • Lead the development of IT architecture and ensure that it is aligned with the company's business strategy
  • Manage the IT budget and ensure that it is aligned with the company's financial objectives
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders and IT vendors

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in IT leadership roles, with a focus on strategy and governance
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful IT strategies
  • Strong understanding of IT governance and risk management principles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
