About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Operations Manager to join our team at AMERIA. As the Executive Assistant to the CEO, you will play a critical role in supporting the Chief Executive in prioritizing strategic initiatives and ensuring resources are allocated and utilized effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Collaborate with the CEO to develop and implement strategic plans, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Process Management: Analyze and evaluate existing internal processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing measures to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Project Management: Coordinate and oversee key projects and initiatives, ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Operations Management: Monitor operational activities and performance, ensuring goal achievement and initiating corrective actions when necessary.
  • Communication and Coordination: Foster internal communication and coordination between departments, ensuring smooth operations and implementation of corporate strategy.
  • Executive Assistance: Provide administrative and organizational support to the CEO, including organizing meetings, creating presentations and reports, and managing special requests and projects.
  • Representative Duties: Represent the CEO at internal and external events, building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Successful completion of studies in Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields.
  • At least 3 years of leadership experience, preferably in the tech industry.
  • Flexibility and ability to operate in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment.
  • Strong strategic planning skills combined with operational expertise.
  • Excellent communication skills and a team player.
  • Strong initiative and ability to think ahead and adapt quickly to new challenges.
  • Organized, loyal, and integrity-driven, eager to represent the company's interests both internally and externally.
  • Fluent in German and English.
