We are currently seeking a Business Solutions Consultant to enhance our IT team.

Your Responsibilities

  • Analyze and document the technical business requirements of our subsidiaries using DEVOPS
  • Collaborate with developers to clarify business needs
  • Assist users throughout different phases of the CRM implementation project
  • Log and manage errors and change requests from various Elevion Group companies
  • Participate on-site in different stages of the CRM implementation project
  • Conduct technical training and workshops for Super Users across subsidiaries

Your Qualifications

  • A degree in Business Informatics or a related field
  • Relevant experience in software implementation, particularly within the Microsoft Dynamics Sales domain
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management
  • Proficient in both German and English
  • A collaborative team player who is independent, innovative, and communicates effectively
  • Customer-centric mindset and approach
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Willingness to travel as required
