Your Responsibilities:
As a Student Assistant in IT – Infrastructure & Workplace Services (m/f/d), you will assist the teams in the Infrastructure & Workplace Services (IWS) department with daily tasks, such as documenting work results, supporting hardware procurement, handling support inquiries, and engaging in project management and research. You will collaborate with your colleagues to oversee ongoing operational projects and assist in their timely execution. You will create internal process documentation and aid in data collection and maintenance to enhance the company-wide IT documentation and system monitoring. You will analyze and resolve technical issues to optimize our IT infrastructure. Additionally, we welcome your own ideas and suggestions to contribute to various areas of BAUHAUS's Corporate IT.Your Profile:
Enrollment as a student in Business Informatics, Computer Science, or a related field throughout the entire duration of employment. Strong IT affinity and proficient use of MS Office, with a project-oriented and independent working style. Initial experience in the commercial sector and/or the IT industry is advantageous. Analytical thinking, quick comprehension, strong communication skills, and flexibility are essential. Excellent German language skills (C2 level) and good English proficiency. Availability for 15-20 hours over 3 to 4 days a week.Our Offer:
