Job Description

**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented IT Student Assistant to join our Corporate IT team in Mannheim. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our colleagues in various areas, including project management, documentation, hardware procurement, and software testing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist colleagues in daily tasks, such as project management, documentation, and hardware procurement
  • Analyze and resolve technical issues to optimize our POS system landscape
  • Develop internal process documentation and support software testing
  • Organize meetings and workshops with international participants
  • Contribute innovative ideas and suggestions to various Corporate IT areas

Requirements:

  • Enrolled as a student in a relevant field, such as business administration, computer science, or a related field
  • High IT affinity and proficiency in MS Office
  • Project-oriented and self-motivated work style
  • Previous experience in the commercial sector and/or IT industry is an asset
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and flexibility skills
  • Proficiency in German and English
  • Availability for 15-20 hours per week, 3-4 days a week (remote work possible)
