Key Responsibilities

  • Administration, configuration, and support of IT systems
  • Maintenance and oversight of internal IT hardware and software
  • Collaboration with vendors based on existing support agreements
  • Proactive monitoring and management of data backup processes
  • Ensuring the functionality and performance of IT systems, applications, and interconnected subsystems
  • Independent execution and participation in IT projects aimed at optimizing and enhancing the IT infrastructure
  • Development and revision of IT processes
  • Serving as a point of contact and support for internal staff on all IT-related issues, including user training and IT client system administration

Candidate Profile

  • Completed degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent IT training as an IT specialist or IT clerk with several years of relevant experience
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems, MS Office, IP-based network structure and administration, databases, Microsoft Active Directory Domain Services, and IT security
  • Proficient in written and spoken German
  • Quick learner with strong analytical, conceptual, and organizational abilities
  • Process-oriented and solution-focused, with a systematic approach to work
  • Excellent communication skills, interpersonal abilities, innovative mindset, assertiveness, teamwork, commitment, and reliability
