About the Job
We are currently seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Specialist to join our team. As an IT Infrastructure Specialist, you will be responsible for the administration, configuration, and support of our information systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer, configure, and support information systems
- Care and maintain our own IT hardware and software
- Cooperate with suppliers on the basis of existing support contracts
- Monitor and supervise data backup
- Ensure the operation and functionality of IT systems, applications, and connected subsystems
- Implement and collaborate in IT projects to optimize and expand the IT infrastructure
- Create and revise IT processes
- Act as a contact person and support for internal employees in all IT matters
Requirements
- Completed university or university of applied sciences degree in a relevant computer science course, or comparable IT training as an IT specialist or IT clerk with several years of relevant professional experience
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems, MS Office, structure, architecture, and administration of IP-based networks, databases, Microsoft Active Directory Domain Services, and IT security
- Written and spoken German language skills
- Quick comprehension, strong analytical, conceptual, and organizational skills
- Process- and solution-oriented, systematic working style
- Strong communication skills, interpersonal skills, willingness to innovate, assertiveness, ability to work in a team, commitment, and high reliability
