Position Overview: We are seeking an Operations Management Associate fluent in Japanese to join our coordination department. This role is vital in ensuring seamless communication and effective management of our operational processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage production and shipment planning in collaboration with manufacturing facilities.
  • Facilitate communication between the Customer Service Team, Sales Team, and Engineering Team as necessary.
  • Oversee inventory management and develop strategic inventory projections.
  • Control airfreight costs and provide regular reports to the Business Unit.
  • Engage in effective communication with Japanese counterparts.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in an international environment; background in coordination and automotive sectors is advantageous.
  • Proficient in both written and spoken English and Japanese.
  • Personable and resilient individual with strong communication skills.
