Customer Data Analyst

This position is based in Hannover, but can be performed to a large extent remotely.
Key Responsibilities- Independently design, manage, develop, and operate customer data processing systems for the CVM.
- Develop and implement data processing concepts and procedures in the areas of master customer data, permission management, data supply for group platforms, data integration, and processing in CVM systems.
- Provide expert guidance and coordination for the local and international implementation of IT projects, including other departments and management of the business/IT interface within projects.
- Responsible for the operational management (results and quality) of customer data processing processes in the CVM, including error detection and correction, as well as compliance with non-functional requirements (NFRs).
- Perform complex processual and/or statistical analysis of customer behavior and customer data processing, derive recommendations for the CRM.
- Independently design and create ad-hoc and regular reports on the development of customer data in terms of quantity and quality, as well as the effectiveness and efficiency of customer data processing processes.
- Be a subject matter expert for customer data processing in the area and in TUI D, advising business owners and other functions on all CVM customer data processing-related questions.
- Independently develop data integration strategies for customer and booking data from new or changing data sources (e.g. retail, flights, TRIPS, etc.).
- Independently define quality assurance and test strategies and mechanisms, and lead the execution of UATs.
- Develop data and process migration concepts and accompany their implementation, including the replacement of local systems with group systems.
- Completed studies in business administration, business informatics, or comparable education.
- Several years of experience in CRM data processing, deep technical expertise in data processing processes, regardless of technological platforms.
- Several years of experience in IT delivery and test processes, good understanding of agile methods.
- Good understanding of commercial drivers of CRM and resulting requirements for IT, in particular understanding of DSGVO requirements.
- Excellent knowledge of databases (SQL, noSQL).
- Good knowledge of cloud systems (AWS, Snowflake).
- Good knowledge of reporting tools (e.g. Tableau).
- Good knowledge of Jira, Confluence.
- Fluent German and English skills.
- Experience in project management.
- Ability to understand complex relationships.
- Ability to prioritize even in critical situations.
