Customer Journey Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Journey Expert to join our Business Banking department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for crafting innovative product designs and developing forward-thinking strategies for our Business Banking customers.
Key Responsibilities- Design new digital daily banking products & features, as well as beyond-banking services, create user stories, and conceptualize product strategies, including the suitable measures for implementation.
- Implement, test, and deploy new features, processes, and systems, leveraging your technical design skills.
- Investigate and evaluate new customer journey processes and features, reviewing existing processes for customer acceptance and competitor's developments.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including product management, business unit, IT, Risk, and stakeholders, to drive agile product development.
- Take responsibility for regulatory and governance matters, including regulatory processes and assets.
- Degree in business management, IT, or a comparable qualification or education.
- Strong understanding of SME business, ability to approach new product developments from the customer's perspective, and enthusiasm for digital innovations.
- Several years of professional experience, preferably as a product owner or as a consultant, in banking or fintech (business / product development, sales).
- In-depth knowledge of classic banking products in the SME / MidCorp segment, especially daily banking products.
- Excellent analytical skills and a strong sense of numbers and facts.
- Proactive working style, strong communication skills, and experience in building professional networks.
- Ideally, experience with agile working methods.
- Very good written and spoken English skills; German is an advantage.
