Was du erwartest

Als Procurement Specialist bei Premier Inn Deutschland bist du verantwortlich für die Verfügbarkeit von Waren und Dienstleistungen für alle Hotels in Deutschland. Du sorgst für den Aufbau und die Optimierung von Berichten und Datenstrukturen (Einkaufscontrolling) und unterstützt das Team mit Ad-hoc-Auswertungen.

  • Du implementierst und pflegst optimale Beschaffungsstrategien sowie kontinuierliche Marktanalysen und Trendbeobachtungen
  • Du bewertest und optimierst bestehende und neue Lieferanten; du führst Benchmarking durch
  • Du baust neue Lieferantenbeziehungen auf, sorgst für die Planung und Unterstützung bei der Systemanbindung und verwaltest Verträge
  • Du baust starke persönliche Beziehungen zu relevanten Stakeholdern auf und stellst exzellenten Kundenservice bereit
  • Du optimierst und standardisierst Beschaffungsprozesse in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Procurement-Team
Was du mitbringst
  • Grundlegendes Verständnis von Beschaffungsprozessen und Verhandlungstechniken
  • Fließendes Deutsch und Englisch
  • Mindestens ein Jahr Erfahrung im Einkauf, idealerweise in der Hotelbranche oder im Category Management
  • Ausgeprägte analytische und Problemlösungsfähigkeiten sowie die Fähigkeit, starke Beziehungen zu internen Kunden aufzubauen
  • Eigeninitiative und die Fähigkeit, kontinuierliche Verbesserungen voranzutreiben
  • Kenntnisse in Finanzanalyse, Projektmanagement und ERP-Systemen (von Vorteil)
  • Bachelor oder relevante Qualifikationen im Bereich Beschaffung (von Vorteil)
