Wir suchen einen erfahrenen IT Security Manager, der unsere Informationssicherheit weiterentwickeln und stärken möchte. Als Teil des internationalen Walgreens Boots Alliance Konzerns zählt unser Unternehmen zu den führenden Pharmagroßhändlern in Deutschland.

Deine Aufgaben
  • Planung, Weiterentwicklung und Steuerung der Umsetzung von Informationssicherheitskonzepten
  • Definition, Bewertung und Steuerung der Key-Performance-Indikatoren zur Informationssicherheit
  • Notfall- und Eskalationsmanagement
  • Übernahme von Kontroll- und Audit-Funktionen im Rahmen der definierten Informationssicherheitsanforderungen
  • Aktive Kommunikation und Beratungstätigkeit gegenüber Anwendern, anderen Prozessbereichen und der Geschäftsführung
  • Durchführung von internen Trainings zu den Informationssicherheitsanforderungen
  • Übernahme von Leitungs- und Koordinierungsfunktionen bei externen Audits
  • Mitarbeit bei verschiedenen fachbezogenen Projekten, Übernahme von Projektleitungsfunktionen
Dein Profil
  • Abgeschlossenes technisches oder betriebswirtschaftliches IT-Studium, wie z.B. Informatik, Informationsmanagement, Wirtschaftsinformatik, IT-Management
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich der Informationssicherheit, vorzugsweise im Konzernumfeld
  • Sicherheitstechnische Spezialisierung (CISSP, CISM oder gleichwertig)
  • Gute Kenntnisse der IT-Sicherheitsframeworks BSI-Grundschutz, COBIT, ISO 2700x, NIST und gesetzlicher Anforderungen (KRITIS-V)
  • Gute Kenntnisse in Linux und Windows-Betriebssystemumgebungen sowie dem Active Directory
  • Versierte Beratungskompetenz, argumentations- und durchsetzungsstarke sowie adressatengerechte Kommunikationsfähigkeit
  • Selbstständige, serviceorientierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Ausgeprägte Organisationsfähigkeit, engagierte, proaktive sowie lösungsorientierte Handlungsweise
  • Teamfähigkeit und Erfahrung in der interdisziplinären, abteilungsübergreifenden Zusammenarbeit, auch innerhalb eines Konzerns
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
