About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Security Manager to join our team at dfv Mediengruppe in Frankfurt am Main. As a key member of our security team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our IT security strategy, ensuring the protection of our digital assets and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement IT security strategies and policies
  • Conduct risk assessments and vulnerability analyses
  • Implement security measures to protect against cyber threats
  • Collaborate with IT teams to ensure security best practices
  • Provide security awareness training and incident management
  • Advise on IT security matters to senior management and the board
Requirements
  • Proven experience in IT security, with a focus on cloud security, infrastructure security, endpoint security, identity and access management, and IT governance risk and compliance
  • Strong knowledge of security technologies and threat analysis
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluent German and English language skills
