Senior Brand Manager (m/f/d)

At Redcare Pharmacy, we are seeking a Senior Brand Manager (m/f/d - fulltime) to spearhead our initiatives in the Belgium market for our brand Farmaline. You will be immersed in a vibrant and adaptable work culture that encourages innovation and personal growth.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate a youthful and dynamic brand presence throughout the entire consumer journey in the Belgium market.
  • Formulate and enhance brand and communication strategies across various channels.
  • Oversee and coordinate diverse advertising activities in collaboration with Creation & Marketing, ensuring optimal brand representation.
  • Develop, direct, and implement ATL campaigns alongside the creative team and external collaborators.
  • Conduct competitive analysis and monitor performance based on established KPIs.
  • Assess and evaluate the effectiveness of communication methods.
  • Manage media agency relations and media planning for Belgium.
  • Strategically plan and oversee the branding budget.

Your Profile:

  • You possess 3-5 years of experience in brand management, specifically within the Belgium market, whether from an industry or agency perspective.
  • Proficiency in English and Dutch is essential.
  • You are passionate about driving change and transformation.
  • Familiarity with project management principles, including managing internal and external teams, service providers, or partners.
  • Competence in MS Office, particularly PowerPoint; experience with project management tools like Asana is advantageous.
