Retail Brand Strategist for Europe (m/f/d)
YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
**Objective**: Energize our seasonal marketing initiatives across retail locations, ensuring that Birkenstock's brand identity and visual presentation consistently embody our premium market position. **Seasonal Campaign Execution**: Implement top-tier seasonal marketing campaigns and storytelling efforts throughout the year in our retail outlets. **Visual Presentation Standards**: Uphold cutting-edge visual presentation standards and ensure that store personnel receive comprehensive training. **Collaboration with Stakeholders**: Engage closely with both internal teams and external partners to fulfill the aforementioned objectives. **Financial Oversight**: Guarantee budget efficiency and clarity for all associated activities. **DTC Liaison**: Serve as the main point of contact for our Direct-to-Consumer team, promoting alignment and transparency across Brand, Online Marketing, and Membership initiatives. **Project Assistance**: Support special membership initiatives and retail growth projects.YOUR QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
At least 3 years of experience in Retail Branding / Marketing with a strong design acumen Outstanding communication and stakeholder engagement abilities Highly organized, structured, and empathetic Team-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills Proficient in MS Office Suite (Keynote, PPT, Excel) Fluent in both German and English (additional languages are advantageous)WHAT WE PROVIDE:
