Your Responsibilities
  • As a First Level Support Specialist, you will be responsible for steering the first level customer service for our Network Operating Centre (NOC), ensuring a positive customer experience when charging in our high-performance charging network.
  • You will manage performance with our external and internal service center service providers, track KPIs, and initiate measures in case of deviations.
  • You will define end-to-end processes within our NOC, ensuring smooth collaboration between the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd level service organization.
  • You will contribute to the continuous growth of our eMobility business by identifying areas for improvement and implementing process enhancements.
Your Profile
  • You hold a university degree with a focus on electrical engineering, business, or a comparable professional training.
  • You have work experience within the eMobility industry or customer services industry.
  • You possess several years of experience in process improvements and steering of customer service organizations.
  • You are able to problem-solve at ease and prioritize workload collaboratively within the team.
  • You have excellent communication and negotiation skills in English, with additional languages being a plus.
  • You have a can-do attitude and are willing to contribute to a new business area.
