We are seeking a SCCM Specialist (m/w/d) to become a part of our dynamic team and assist in delivering exceptional guidance and support to our clients in the Public Sector.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Oversee Distribution Points and central infrastructure management
  • Diagnose issues utilizing SCCM Agent, Distribution Points, and Windows 10/11 deployments via SCCM
  • Accountable for Client operating systems such as Windows 11 / GPOs / Active Directory
  • Assist in Incident, Change, and Release management in alignment with ITIL practices
WHAT WE VALUE
  • Solid experience with MS SCCM infrastructure (e.g., sites, replication, permissions, collections)
  • Strong knowledge in MS SCCM versions 2007 / 2012 and beyond
  • Multiple years of experience with Windows Server 2016 and related technologies
  • Exceptional troubleshooting abilities and experience in software and application distribution (including security updates)
