Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and revise technical building layouts in compliance with standards
  • Create fire safety and evacuation route diagrams
  • Maintain and update the room inventory
  • Revise facility plans based on site evaluations
  • Generate flow charts related to electrical and safety processes
  • Conduct technical assessments and calculations
  • Oversee the management of drawings and documentation
Qualifications:
  • Certification as a Bauzeichner or Technischer Zeichner
  • Proven experience in spatial organization
  • Expertise in developing evacuation strategies
  • Strong skills in CAD software and MS Office applications
