- Design and revise technical building layouts in compliance with applicable standards
- Create fire safety and evacuation route diagrams
- Maintain and update the room inventory
- Revise facility plans based on site evaluations
- Generate flowcharts related to electrical and process safety
- Conduct technical assessments and calculations
- Oversee the management of drawings and documentation
- Certification as a Bauzeichner or Technischer Zeichner
- Proven experience in spatial management
- Expertise in developing evacuation strategies
- Skilled in CAD software and MS Office applications
