As a result of our ongoing success, a fantastic opportunity has arisen to strengthen our 'Managed Services & Operations' team. As a Property Manager (Technical), you will oversee the operational management and support the strategic direction of our commercial properties.
- Establishing the new brand of Hines Experience in the market through the integration of asset, property, and facilities management.
- Managing leases, presentations, and marketing initiatives.
- Overseeing contract management for leases, services, and maintenance.
- Supervising external property accounting services.
- Identifying development and efficiency opportunities within managed properties.
- Planning, budgeting, and controlling for success.
- Achieving outstanding client and customer satisfaction scores.
- Conducting strategic procurement.
- Performing property inspections.
- Providing strategic advice for owners and stakeholders.
- Planning refurbishments, CAPEX, and improvements.
- Implementing space as a service and placemaking strategies.
- Fostering customer service and relationship management.
- Upholding Hines' ethical standards through meticulous compliance.
Qualifications
Minimum requirements include:
- A degree in a business-related field and a minimum of 2 years of practical experience in the commercial real estate sector as a property manager, asset analyst/manager, or leasing agent.
- A solid understanding of the legal and technical aspects of property management.
- Experience in managing contracts and relationships with third-party service providers is preferred.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English.
- Additional experience in stakeholder management and relationship building would be advantageous.
