Sales Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales Assistant to join our dynamic team at Awin AG. As a Sales Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting our sales teams in identifying, pitching, and developing new business opportunities across various sectors and countries.

• Prepare presentation pitches for the sales teams, ensuring they are well-researched and effective.
• Assess lead quality and assign leads to sales teams, utilizing your analytical skills to make informed decisions.
• Support the sales team with benchmarking, gap analysis, and publisher recommendations for pitches, leveraging your knowledge of the affiliate marketing industry.
• Manage, update, and continuously review sales documents, maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
• Provide administrative support to the sales team, prioritizing tasks effectively and ensuring seamless communication.
• Contribute to improving quality and efficiency across sales teams, sharing best practices and expertise.

• Fluency in English and German, both written and verbal, is essential. Additional European languages are a plus.
• Confidence in dealing with people and interacting via telephone and emails with clients.
• Impeccable attention to detail and high organizational skills, able to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent computer literacy, including MS Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint. Experience with Salesforce is a plus.
• Approachable with a strong 'can-do' attitude and an appetite to learn.
• Passion for results and willingness to roll up sleeves to help out wherever needed.
