About the Job

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales Assistant (m/w/d) to join our team in the Private Customers Insurance Sales Banking department. As a Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting our partner banks in the sales of insurance products to private customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service
  • Prepare and present insurance offers to customers
  • Coordinate appointments and meetings with customers and sales teams
  • Pursue existing customer relationships and help sales partners with market development
  • Use digital consulting tools to provide customers with personalized advice
Requirements:
  • Completed education in the financial services sector
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong customer orientation and communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office
