About the Role
HelloFresh is seeking a skilled Warehouse Operations Specialist to join our team in Verden. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient movement of goods within our warehouse.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate a forklift to load and unload trucks, as well as transport goods within the warehouse
- Stock and manage inventory levels in the production provision area
- Transport palletized goods to the loading docks for departing trucks
- Accurately record material movements using a handheld scanner
- Ensure compliance with food handling guidelines and regulations
- Monitor and maintain a high level of productivity and quality in your designated work area
- Ensure a reliable supply of food pallets or crates to production
Requirements
- Proficiency in German or English language
- Ability to work in a shift operation
- Comfortable working in cold conditions (2°C to 8°C)
- High level of reliability, punctuality, and commitment
- Attention to detail and adherence to food handling regulations
- Basic understanding of food quality characteristics and product inspection
- Forklift license and experience operating a forklift
