Warehouse Operations Specialist

About the Role

The Warehouse Associate will play a crucial part in ensuring the success of our product at HelloFresh. Key responsibilities include quality control, operating internal transport systems, and assembling recipe boxes at our production site in Verden.

Key Responsibilities

• Rotating job functions including picking, storage, packing, and quality control
• Supplying the production area with food pallets or boxes
• Communicating any production errors or material defects to your line manager
• Maintaining a clean and organized work environment
• Working as part of a permanent shift team
• Loading and unloading trucks, as well as operating internal transport systems for food and packaging material

Requirements

• Knowledge of German or English, both written and spoken
• Ability to work in a refrigerated area
• Reliability and punctuality, with the ability to handle food items with care
• Enjoyment of physical labor
• Desire to learn more about food and participate in training
• Good eye for quality and basic understanding of food quality standards
• Persistence and consistency in performing quality assurance tests
• Ideal forklift license and experience in handling forklifts
