Your Role

As a Financial Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our financial processes. You will be responsible for a range of tasks, including:

  • Reviewing, recording, and processing incoming invoices with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Resolving creditor and debtor accounts promptly and professionally.
  • Acting as the internal point of contact for electronic invoicing systems.
  • Providing support in internal area controlling, project management, and funding administration.
  • Handling office management tasks such as managing incoming mail and ordering supplies.
Your Profile

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual with a strong financial background. The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A successfully completed commercial apprenticeship, such as an industrial management assistant, ideally supplemented by additional qualifications in financial accounting.
  • Proficiency in MS Office programs, particularly Excel.
  • Knowledge of SAP ERP systems would be advantageous.
  • Experience in processing funding and project management is desirable.
  • A high level of initiative, reliability, and the ability to work independently.
  • A service-oriented and friendly demeanor.
