Senior Project Manager for Renewable Energies

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead our renewable energy projects in Germany. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing complex projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery, and exceeding client expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage project teams and stakeholders to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Develop and implement project plans, including resource allocation, risk management, and budgeting.
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure project success.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to project teams.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering or a related field.
  • At least 10 years of experience in renewable energy project management, with a focus on utility-scale PV or wind power projects.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Strong technical knowledge of renewable energy technologies.
