Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at PRIOS Personal GmbH in Lindau. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our products and services, identifying and resolving quality issues, and implementing quality improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct quality audits and inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards
  • Investigate and resolve quality issues and complaints
  • Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality is integrated into all aspects of the business
  • Monitor and report on quality metrics and performance
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. engineering, quality assurance)
  • 2+ years of experience in quality assurance or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
