We're a pioneering startup revolutionizing the e-commerce returns process, aiming to reduce waste and make data-driven decisions to repurpose returns. Our technology automates returns for retailers, and we're looking for a skilled Product Marketing Manager to help us share our story and impact.

Job Summary

We're seeking a seasoned Product Marketing Manager to create compelling narratives about our product, its value, and the benefits it brings to our customers. As a key member of our team, you'll drive customer communications, launch products, and develop Go-to-Market strategies. Your expertise will help us position our product effectively and translate our value proposition into marketing channels and creative campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop customer and demand insights to inform Go-to-Market strategies, customer segments, initiatives, and launches.
  2. Define product positioning and ensure the translation of our value proposition and key messages into marketing channels and creative campaigns.
  3. Create sales assets (pitch decks, training materials, demos, comparisons) that demonstrate the power of our products.
Requirements

Proficiency in both English and German (written and spoken) is required, as our primary market is German-speaking. We're looking for someone with a talent for taking ownership of their work, identifying what needs to be done, and taking initiative. If you're passionate about solving problems creatively and delighting customers, we'd love to hear from you.
