Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Consultant to join our team. As a Senior Product Consultant, you will work closely with key players in the European energy market to plan, realize, and manage projects in the field of energy trading, risk management, sales trading, cloud hosting, and more.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with our customers to understand their needs and develop tailored trading solutions
  • Analyze business and IT processes to identify requirements and design trading solutions
  • Improve customer experience and optimize individual setups
  • Take ownership of customer satisfaction and serve as the primary point of contact
  • Contribute to the development of our products in a rapidly changing market
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest energy trading and trading technologies
  • Support our sales team with your expertise
Requirements
  • A suitable work permit
  • A degree in a relevant field, such as business informatics, science, technology, engineering, mathematics, or business administration
  • Proven experience in project management, requirements engineering, business analysis, and design of trading solutions
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong passion for IT, with knowledge of hosting, cloud, infrastructure, SQL, databases, XML, or development skills a plus
  • Ability to tackle complex challenges and deliver results
  • Previous experience in energy/commodity trading and customer acquisition a plus
  • Proficient English language skills, with a minimum of C1 level
  • Good German language skills a plus
