Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Manager to join our Talent Acquisition team. As a key member of our team, you'll report to our Talent Acquisition Team Lead and collaborate closely with the People Operations and People Business Partner teams. Your primary responsibility will be to manage end-to-end recruitment processes, focusing on exceptional candidate experiences and continuous process optimization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent for various teams, including medical, tech, product, commercial, and general administrative roles.
  • Take our sourcing game to the next level by leveraging creative channels and active sourcing techniques to identify and engage with niche talent.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders, providing exceptional communication and becoming a trusted sparring partner for all recruiting-related matters.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to enhance the team's and company's overall success.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of hands-on experience in full-cycle recruitment.
  • Passion for identifying and attracting talent through creative channels and active sourcing.
  • Proactive, positive attitude, and a problem-solving mindset.
  • Excellent communication skills and experience managing senior stakeholders.
  • Fluency in English (German is a significant plus).
