Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our team as a Dual Study Program student in Electrical Engineering, starting in October 2025. The program is a 3-year Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electrical Engineering with a focus on Communication Technology for Transportation Systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • During the practical phases, you will gain a comprehensive understanding of project management, planning, and construction supervision, with a focus on electrical engineering, particularly in the areas of communication technology, such as information displays, speakers, video surveillance systems, ticket machines, and train and mobile communication.
  • You will work on both small and large projects, learning all phases of our construction projects, from rough and fine planning to construction supervision and final acceptance.

Theoretical Phases:

  • Your theoretical phases will cover various modules and specializations in electrical engineering.
  • You will have the opportunity to learn about the latest developments in electrical engineering and communication technology.
  • You will play a crucial role in providing our customers and employees with essential information.

Requirements:

  • You have successfully completed your (vocational) high school diploma or possess equivalent professional qualifications (vocational high school graduates must complete the study aptitude test at DHBW before starting their studies; professionally qualified individuals must meet the requirements for enrollment).
  • You have excellent math and physics skills.
  • You are fascinated by technical relationships and enjoy tinkering with electronic devices.
  • You are communicative and work well in a team.
  • You are goal-oriented and work independently.
