- Serve as the primary contact for customer support, overseeing the entire order lifecycle from acceptance to delivery.
- Maintain accurate and timely order entries in the ERP system, ensuring compliance with payment and delivery terms, shipping methods, packaging regulations, and country-specific customs requirements.
- Review incoming orders independently, addressing any discrepancies in collaboration with customers or country sales representatives.
- Manage delivery schedules based on customer needs through effective communication with all relevant internal departments.
- Ensure prompt allocation of goods and take proactive measures to meet customer expectations while aligning with corporate objectives.
- Verify documentary payment processes, including the handling of letters of credit.
- Focus on continuous improvement of processes, identifying digitalization opportunities, and developing best practices throughout the customer order process to enhance departmental performance.
- Refine and enhance core operational processes.
- Analyze and optimize the ordering patterns of our national subsidiaries.
- Collaborate with related departments and national companies to develop, analyze, and document key performance indicators within the supply chain.
- Assist in the implementation of necessary processes in national subsidiaries.
Required Qualifications:
- Degree in logistics, business administration, supply chain management, industrial engineering, or a related field.
- Relevant professional experience in logistics or supply chain management.
- Proficient in SAP (particularly module SD) and MS Office.
- Strong project management capabilities.
- Ability to work in a process-optimized, project-oriented, and solution-focused manner.
- High degree of personal accountability and self-motivation.
- Analytical mindset.
- Structured, goal-oriented, and independent work style.
- Adaptability and flexibility.
- Strong intercultural competence and teamwork skills.
- Excellent written and spoken skills in both German and English.
