Your key responsibilities:

• Manage various back-office functions within an insurance firm, including application processing, data maintenance and verification, as well as claims management
• Serve as a primary contact for clients, providing product information and assistance with inquiries regarding existing policies
• Exhibit a strong focus on customer service and sales to deliver personalized advice to clients
