Are you an experienced Payroll Specialist seeking a new challenge in the Nuess region? We are currently looking for a committed professional to join a dynamic organization as a full-time Payroll Specialist (m/f/d).

• Autonomous preparation and execution of payroll processing for designated departments
• Oversight of timekeeping and management of employee master data
• Primary contact for staff regarding payroll inquiries
• Liaison for governmental bodies, health insurance providers, and other relevant institutions
• Management of payroll certificates and compliance reporting
• Support in monthly and annual financial closing procedures
• Assisting management with HR-related matters and various organizational tasks

• Completed vocational training, ideally as a Personnel Clerk or Tax Advisor (m/f/d)
• Relevant work experience in payroll accounting
• Familiarity with social security and income tax regulations
• Independent, organized, and dependable work ethic
• Collaborative, communicative, and results-driven individual with a proactive approach
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Desirable experience with Navision, NAPA, Temp-Vision
• Negotiable proficiency in German, both written and spoken
