We are seeking a visionary Senior Creative Manager to lead our creative team in EMESA and drive high-impact, strategically aligned creative projects. The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of creative prowess, strategic thinking, and strong leadership skills to elevate our brand and inspire our teams to deliver high-quality creative outputs consistently.


About the Role

As a Senior Creative Manager in the Design Studios (DS), you will be the creative leader, inspiring clients with innovative solutions that deliver business impact. You will bring design inspiration and thought leadership to our clients and our creative teams, setting the long-term creative vision and strategies, and driving delivery of high-quality solutions for all engagements.


Your Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement creative solutions and approaches in various creative projects, overseeing them to completion, while growing the next wave of creative leaders in Design Studios.
  • Partner with the Design Studios regional/global leadership team to develop and deliver our creative service offering, driving innovation and engaging partnerships with the BCG Consulting Team.
  • Develop an understanding of our current client engagements, including products, services, the target audience, and competitors' activities.
  • Effectively balance creativity and business needs, providing clear direction, guidance, and feedback to influence and lead teams to drive impact and deliver excellence on budget and schedule.

  • Strong conceptual and design skills, with experience in improving the conceptual, technical, and creative performance of teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
  • A proven track record of delivering high-quality creative outputs, with a strong understanding of design fundamentals and a passion for new trends, platforms, technologies, experiences, and media.
