Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Business Operations Specialist, der sich auf die Verwaltung von Outsourcing-Aktivitäten spezialisiert hat. Als Teil unseres internationalen Teams werden Sie an der Entwicklung von Produkten und Dienstleistungen mitwirken, die die Gesundheit von Patienten verbessern.

Verantwortlichkeiten
  • Verantwortung für die Verwaltung von Outsourcing-Aktivitäten im Bereich Development Sciences
  • Umsetzung von internen Prozessen und Einbindung von Funktionen/Schnittstellen zur erfolgreichen Vergabe von externen Dienstleistungen (GxP)
  • Management und Koordination lokaler und globaler Contracting/Outsourcing-Aktivitäten des Bereichs DevSci
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit allen DevSci-Fachabteilungen sowie lokalen als auch globalen Management-Ebenen
  • Planung, Terminierung und Überwachung der Aktivitäten in den vorgegebenen Zeitschienen in Absprache mit den Fachabteilungen, den notwendigen Schnittstellen sowie den externen Partnern
  • Selbstständige Erstellung von lokalen Vertragsentwürfen zu sämtlichen Beauftragungsarten aus dem Bereich DevSci unter Verwendung der von Legal freigegebenen Templates
  • Sicherstellung einer zeitgerechten Abwicklung der Vertragserstellung sowie der ordnungsgemäßen Dokumentation aller Prozesse über den gesamten Lebenszyklus
  • Koordination der Vertragsverhandlungen
  • Lieferantenpflege und Neuanlage in Abstimmung mit Procurement
  • Hilfe bei der Abklärung der auftragsspezifischen Budgets und Start der offiziellen Beauftragungen
  • Unterstützung der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung von Prozessen im Bereich Contracting/Outsourcing, einschließlich geeigneter IT-Tools
  • Pflege der Geschäftsbeziehung mit externen Partnern und Vertretung der Interessen von AbbVie
  • Ordnungsgemäße Abwicklung aller Publikationen von DevSci Ludwigshafen gemäß den gültigen Policies and Procedures
  • Zusammenarbeit in globalen Teams und Kooperation mit internen und externen Partnern
Qualifikationen
  • Naturwissenschaftliche Ausbildung mit analytischem oder pharmazeutischem Schwerpunkt mit mind. 2 Jahren Berufserfahrung oder erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Fachrichtungen Chemie, Pharmazie, Biologie, Medizin oder verwandten naturwissenschaftlichen Studiengängen
  • Organisationsgeschick und starke analytische Fähigkeiten
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und gewissenhafte Arbeitsweise
  • Erfahrung im Projektmanagement und gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit, auch in globalen Teams
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit IT-Systemen sowie gute Kenntnisse in MS-Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift
