As a Quality Assurance Intern, you will play a vital role in the essential operations of Westwing, focusing on delivering an exceptional customer experience through a strong emphasis on product excellence. This is a mandatory internship lasting for a total of 6 months, with the first half being compulsory and the latter half being optional, based in Munich.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES- Collaborate closely with our Quality Managers to ensure product standards are met.
- Analyze customer feedback and data across our entire product range.
- Engage in hands-on inspections of physical products.
- Contribute to initiatives aimed at enhancing customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with various internal departments, including warehousing, purchasing, and supply chain management.
- A background in business administration or technical disciplines.
- Ability to learn quickly, work independently, and demonstrate strong analytical capabilities.
- A keen interest in maintaining high product quality and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in German is advantageous.
