As a Quality Assurance Intern, you will be an integral part of our core function, ensuring a seamless customer experience with a relentless focus on high product quality. This 6-month internship is a mandatory first 12 weeks, followed by a voluntary second 12 weeks, and is located in our Munich office.
What You'll Do:
- Collaborate closely with our Quality Managers to drive quality excellence
- Analyze return data and customer feedback on our full product portfolio
- Participate in physical product inspections to ensure quality standards
- Contribute to improvement measures that prioritize customer satisfaction
- Coordinate with internal interfaces, including warehouse, buying, and supply chain management
You'll Bring:
- A background in business administration or technical studies
- Fast learning ability, independent working style, and strong analytical skills
- A passion for high product quality and customer satisfaction
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Fluency in English, with German a plus
