OBJECTIVE:
The role involves overseeing the establishment and enhancement of a comprehensive automation framework, incorporating RPA and AI functionalities, along with essential support components. It is crucial to ensure that all development and operational teams are equipped and trained to leverage the platform in accordance with industry best practices and international standards.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Design, develop, and sustain the overarching architecture of the Automation platform, primarily utilizing UiPath.
- Research, assess, and implement emerging technological advancements and platform capabilities within the domain of Intelligent Process Automation.
- Work in conjunction with global development teams to ascertain requirements for the ongoing evolution of the platform and the IPA ecosystem.
- Manage licensing discussions and negotiations with software vendors, alongside internal license oversight and distribution.
- Oversee access management for the global IPA platform.
- Establish global standards for development and automation design pertaining to process automations using the RPA platform.
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and mentor for both global and local automation delivery teams, addressing technical challenges, best practices, and operational inquiries.
- Facilitate and lead discussions with both internal and external suppliers.
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
- Minimal travel, approximately 10%.
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
- A Bachelor's Degree is mandatory; an Advanced Degree is preferred.
EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:
- A minimum of 7 years of professional experience.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in RPA / IPA initiatives.
- Extensive knowledge and certifications in UiPath architecture and platform.
- Strong understanding of RPA and UiPath development best practices.
- Solid technical comprehension, including IT infrastructure, data security, and project management tools.
- Basic familiarity with SAP.
- Understanding of process automation and digitization concepts (RPA).
- Experience in process optimization and redesign methodologies (six sigma).
- Project management experience (Agile methodology preferred).
- Demonstrated interest in innovative automation technologies.
- Exceptional communication skills and conflict resolution capabilities.
- Quality-focused and target-oriented work approach.
- Proactive, adaptable, and solution-focused mindset.
- Commitment to continuous improvement.
- High motivation to achieve the objectives and goals of the role.
- Proficient in moderation and presentation techniques.
