Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Contract Type: Full-time/Part-time, fixed-term for 2 years

Remote Work: 75% home office, 4 office days per month

Key Skills: Sales, Customer Service, Customer Retention, Support

Responsibilities

  • Sales: Provide telephone advice to existing customers for customer retention/recovery
  • Customer Retention: Create and present attractive offers to retain existing customers
  • Support: Resolve customer inquiries on products, services, tariffs, including contract renewals and new contracts
  • Documentation: Capture and process customer data and orders within the DSL recovery area

Requirements

  • Preferably have completed a commercial apprenticeship, but career changers are also welcome
  • Enthusiastic about direct customer contact with empathy and joy in sales and customer recovery
  • Strong customer orientation and service orientation to maintain composure in challenging situations
  • Communicative, proficient in German (at least B2 level), and excellent written and verbal communication skills
