Wir suchen:

Du hast deine Berufsausbildung abgeschlossen oder bringst Praxiserfahrung mit? Dann bewirb dich als (Junior) IT Support Agent (m/w/d). Bei uns bist du Teil des engagierten IT Service Teams und arbeitest in Festanstellung und Vollzeit.

Deine Aufgaben:
  • Du leistest First und Second Level Support für Client Hard- und Software
  • Du bearbeitest Anfragen im Ticketsystem
  • Du unterstützt beim Monitoring der IT-Landschaft
  • Du stellst Client Systeme bereit und betreust den Client Hardware-Lebenszyklus
  • Du administrierst den Exchange Server, Terminal Server und die Telefonanlage
  • Du führst Hardware On- und Offboardings durch
  • Du pflegst das Asset Management System und die interne Knowledge Base
Dein Profil:
  • Du hast ein Studium oder eine Berufsausbildung im IT-Bereich erfolgreich abgeschlossen
  • Du bist Teamplayer und bringst sehr gute kommunikative Fähigkeiten mit
  • Du gehst deine Aufgaben proaktiv, strukturiert und eigenverantwortlich an
  • Du hast verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse
  • Du hast einen Führerschein Klasse B, um bei Bedarf zwischen den Standorten mobil zu sein
